The Bronze Media Wall Package includes the installation of a media wall as per the described specifications. Any additional modifications, upgrades, or structural changes requested by the client will be quoted separately and are not included in the standard package.
The client is responsible for supplying all required equipment, including the TV, TV bracket (ordered according to the wall specifications), fireplace, skirting board, and any additional accessories. The main power source will be a client-supplied power extension lead unless a new socket installation is requested at an additional cost. The client must inform the company about any underfloor heating, hidden wires, or pipes running along the installation area. Any delays in providing necessary information, equipment, or approvals may extend the project timeline.
A non-refundable advance payment is required before work begins—£100 for a plasterboard wall and £500 for a laminated MDF wall. Once the project reaches 70% completion, the client must make a 70% progress payment. The remaining 30% of the total cost is due upon completion of the installation. Full payment must be completed before the final handover of the project. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased.
The estimated installation time is 5 to 7 working days, subject to site conditions. The company is not responsible for delays caused by client-side changes, late equipment supply, or third-party involvement. If any unforeseen site conditions affect the installation process, the company will inform the client, and additional costs may apply if extra work is required.
The media wall structure is covered by a 6-month warranty, ensuring its structural integrity. However, this warranty does not extend to any client-supplied equipment, including the TV, fireplace, or additional accessories. The company is not liable for any damage caused to hidden wires, pipes, or underfloor heating if these were not disclosed before installation. Furthermore, any damage resulting from external factors, improper use, or modifications made by the client after installation will not be covered under the warranty.
If the project is canceled after materials have been ordered, the deposit will be non-refundable. Additional cancellation fees may apply depending on the work completed up to the cancellation date. If the client requests modifications after installation has begun, additional costs will be quoted and charged accordingly.
Finance options are available exclusively for Silver and Gold Packages. Finance approval is subject to the terms of the financing provider. Clients who opt for a payment plan must adhere to the agreed-upon schedule, and any late payments may incur penalties as per the finance provider’s terms.
